A tool for finding specialists with natural-language queries. You describe the task, and the system matches relevant professional profiles based on the available information about their specialisation, experience and skills.
How do I find a specialist with AI?
Type your request in plain words, for example: “Find a blockchain developer in Dubai” or “I need a designer with experience working with premium brands”. AI search helps you find suitable profiles.
Who can appear in Partnears AI search?
All verified users can take part in organic AI search, whether or not they have a paid subscription. Whether a profile is shown depends on its relevance to the query and on its visibility settings.
Do I need Pro to appear in AI search?
No. A verified user can appear in organic AI results and receive incoming requests for free. Pro is not required for this.
Does Pro give priority in AI results?
No. A Pro subscription does not by itself raise a specialist's organic position. Recommendations are based on relevance and other ranking factors, not on payment.

Which Circles are available with Verified?
A verified user has a professional Circle with its own settings and a general Circle with automatic recommendations based on their profile, contacts and location.
Can the recommendation radius grow?
Yes. The system can automatically widen the radius within the selected region, taking users' mutual geographic reach into account.
How are Circles different from AI search?
Circles recommend people automatically; AI search helps you look for specialists purposefully by a query you write, including worldwide.

How do I get clients through Partnears?
Create a professional profile, add your specialisation, experience and skills, then get verified. After that your profile can take part in organic AI search, so potential clients can find you by relevant queries.
Can I receive requests without Pro?
Yes. Incoming requests through AI search are available to verified users without a required paid subscription.

How do I create a professional profile?

Can I use Partnears for free?
Yes. There is free access with limits. Verified users can take part in organic AI search and receive incoming requests for free.
What is Partnears Pro?
A paid subscription with advanced AI search, additional professional Circles, analytics and tools for working with business opportunities more effectively.
Why Pro, if AI visibility is free?
Verified lets you be found. Pro adds tools for search, analytics and working with contacts, but it is not a payment for appearing in organic AI results.
Does Pro raise a specialist's ranking?
No. Paying for Pro gives no automatic advantage in organic ranking.
Does Pro guarantee more clients?
No. The additional features do not guarantee any number of leads, deals or income.
Contacts, messages and events
How do I add someone to my contacts?
Open their profile and choose to add them to your contacts. Adding is one-way; the person gets a notification and can add you back.
Are there direct messages?
Yes. Users can talk to each other directly. Limits on starting new conversations depend on the account's status.
Can I find professional events?
Yes. Events are part of Circles and help you meet people at professional events.
Who can create events?
Creating events is available to verified users with an active Pro subscription.
Security and privacy
Does AI analyse the content of private messages?
No. AI analysis of interactions uses only metadata, such as how often people communicate and how fast the first reply comes, without analysing the text of messages, attachments or the meaning of conversations.
What is the reply speed indicator?
An aggregate measure of how quickly a specialist usually replies to a first incoming message. It does not reveal the content of conversations or exact activity times.
