1General Provisions
1.1These Partnears Community Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) establish standards of conduct, interaction and use of the Partnears digital platform (the “Platform”).
1.2Partnears is a digital platform for professional networking, discovering specialists, establishing business contacts and developing collaboration opportunities, including through artificial intelligence.
1.3The Guidelines apply to all users regardless of verification status, subscription, location or professional activity.
1.4Users must comply with these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
1.5Their purpose is to maintain a safe, authentic, respectful and professionally valuable community.
2Community Principles
2.1Authenticity. Users must accurately represent their identity, experience and qualifications.
2.2Respect. Communications must be courteous and respect others' personal boundaries.
2.3Professional value. The Platform is intended for meaningful connections, knowledge exchange and collaboration.
2.4Good faith. Deception, abuse of trust and fraud are prohibited.
2.5Privacy. Personal data and the privacy of communications must be respected.
2.6Safety. Conduct that harms users, third parties or the Platform is prohibited.
3Profiles and Accuracy
3.1Users must provide accurate information about themselves to the extent required to use the Platform.
3.2Users must not impersonate persons or organizations; misuse others' documents, images or achievements to deceive; misrepresent qualifications, roles, authority or licenses; or create fake profiles for spam, fraud or algorithmic manipulation.
3.3Users may publish skills, experience, interests, portfolios and external links within the Platform's available features.
3.4Partnears may conduct identity verification (KYC), including through third-party providers.
3.5Identity verification does not guarantee professional competence, reliability, integrity or service quality.
3.6Profiles containing false or prohibited information may have their visibility or access restricted.
4Professional Interactions
4.1Users may discover others through the Circles section, AI Search and other features.
4.2Adding someone as a contact does not obligate them to reciprocate, reply or collaborate.
4.3Users must respect decisions to decline or end communication.
4.4Prohibited conduct includes persistent unwanted messages, spam, unsolicited mass offers, threats, insults, bullying, stalking, unlawful discrimination, blackmail, coercion, malicious links and unlawful use of contacts.
4.5Commercial proposals are permitted where lawful, made in good faith and relevant to the professional context.
4.6Users may block unwanted contacts and report suspected violations through available channels.
5AI Search and Recommendations
5.1Partnears uses AI to help discover professionals, provide recommendations and facilitate connections.
5.2Results may use profile information, professional attributes, visibility settings and other data permitted under the Privacy Policy.
5.3AI Search must not be used for harassment, unlawful data collection, unauthorized contact databases, fraud, phishing, spam, circumvention of limits or unauthorized automated extraction.
5.4Users must not manipulate profile data to deceptively improve search placement.
5.5Results are recommendations and may be inaccurate.
5.6Partnears does not guarantee the competence, availability or integrity of recommended professionals.
5.7Users independently evaluate results and decide whether to engage.
6Messages and Privacy
6.1Users must respect the confidentiality of private correspondence.
6.2Confidential information, personal data and correspondence must not be disclosed without a lawful basis.
6.3Partnears may process technical communication metadata, including conversation counts, interaction frequency and response times, to operate the Platform and its analytics features.
6.4Partnears does not use private message text, attachments or semantic content for AI analysis of professional connections, user assessment or professional recommendations.
6.5Aggregated indicators, including response time to the first incoming message, may be displayed to other users.
6.6Such indicators are not intended to reveal message content or precise activity times.
6.7Fake conversations, automated messages and other metric manipulation are prohibited.
6.8Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7Services and Commercial Activity
7.1Partnears provides infrastructure for connections and is not a party to agreements between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2Users independently agree on services, payments, deadlines and obligations.
7.3Fraudulent financial or commercial offers, illegal goods or services, false return guarantees, money laundering, terrorist financing, regulated activity without required authorization and deception regarding material deal terms are prohibited.
7.4Users independently verify prospective partners' licenses, qualifications, reputation and authority.
7.5Verification, subscription or AI Search ranking does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee by Partnears.
8Events and Meetings
8.1The Platform may support organizing and attending professional events.
8.2Event creation is available to users meeting verification and subscription requirements.
8.3Organizers must accurately describe an event's purpose, format, venue and participation conditions.
8.4Events intended for fraud, illegal activity, discrimination, exploitation or deception are prohibited.
8.5Organizers are responsible for legal compliance and necessary permits.
8.6Partnears is not the organizer of user-created events unless expressly stated.
8.7Attendees independently assess risks associated with events and in-person meetings.
9Prohibited Content
9.1Prohibited materials include unlawful content; threats and incitement to unlawful violence; promotion of terrorism; child sexual exploitation material; bullying, stalking and unlawful discrimination; fraud, phishing and malicious code; unlawful disclosure of data; infringement of intellectual property; and facilitation of human trafficking or unlawful trade in prohibited goods.
9.2The Platform must not be used to coordinate unlawful acts, deceive others or cause harm.
9.3Partnears may restrict prohibited content and take moderation measures.
10Automation, APIs and AI Agents
10.1Automated access is allowed only through officially supported capabilities and subject to their terms.
10.2Spam bots, unauthorized data harvesting, bypassing safeguards or limits, fabricated activity, unauthorized access and unofficial access to restricted data are prohibited.
10.3Official APIs and AI-agent interfaces, if offered, are subject to separate terms.
10.4Integrations must comply with privacy, security and applicable law.
10.5Using an AI agent does not relieve users of legal responsibility for actions taken through access they provide, to the extent permitted by law.
11Reports
11.1Suspected violations may be reported through available Platform tools or legal@partnears.com.
11.2Reports may concern fraud, spam, threats, stalking, false profiles and unlawful content.
11.3Reports may be assessed using materials provided by the complainant and technical information lawfully available.
11.4Filing a report does not automatically establish a violation.
11.5Knowingly false reports and abuse of moderation mechanisms are prohibited.
11.6Reports are assessed in light of the circumstances and available information.
12Moderation and Enforcement
12.1Partnears may take measures to protect the community and Platform.
12.2Measures may include warnings; content removal or visibility restrictions; messaging or contact limits; removal from recommendations and AI Search; event-creation restrictions; temporary or permanent account suspension; and referrals to competent authorities where legally appropriate.
12.3Severity, recurrence, potential harm and circumstances may be considered.
12.4Serious safety threats may warrant action without prior notice where permitted by law.
12.5Users may request review of restrictions at legal@partnears.com.
12.6Review does not guarantee that restrictions will be lifted.
13Responsibility
13.1Users are responsible for the accuracy of their information, their content and their conduct.
13.2Partnears does not guarantee connections, employment, transactions, income or successful collaboration.
13.3Users independently assess legal, financial and professional risks.
13.4Partnears does not undertake to verify every recommendation, transaction or agreement.
13.5Nothing excludes the Operator's liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
14Changes to the Guidelines
14.1Partnears may update these Guidelines due to changes in features, security, law or procedures.
14.2The current version is published on the official website.
14.3Material changes may be communicated through the app, email or other channels.
14.4Changes take effect on the stated date unless otherwise required by law.
